Privacy notice

Exklusive Rentals LLC is a small business. We collect only what a rental needs, keep it only as long as needed, and do not sell it. Effective October 21, 2026.

What we collect

  • Contact details: your name, phone number, email and the messaging account you contact us from (Instagram, WhatsApp or TikTok).
  • Waitlist answers: age bracket, license state and years licensed, accident history, insurance option, the rental you want and your dates, as you enter them on the waitlist form.
  • Driver and insurance details: a copy or photo of your driver's license and proof of insurance, or the details of the third-party coverage arranged for your rental.
  • Rental details: dates, the car, pickup and return photos, fuel and mileage records, and any tolls, tickets or damage reports tied to your rental.
  • Payments: payments are made through third-party services and Turo. We see the confirmation, not your card or bank details.

Why we use it

  • To check that you are eligible to rent and that your insurance is valid.
  • To run the rental: contact you, record the car's condition, return the deposit, and resolve tolls, tickets, damage or accidents.
  • To meet legal and insurance obligations, such as identifying the driver if a ticket or claim arrives after the rental.

Who we share it with

  • Insurance providers and the third-party coverage partners named on the rates page, when your rental uses them or a claim is made.
  • Turo, for rentals booked on Turo. Turo's own privacy policy applies to those bookings.
  • Police, courts, toll and parking authorities when the law requires it or a ticket or claim is tied to your rental.
  • We do not sell your information and do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

License and insurance copies are kept for the rental and for as long as a ticket, toll, claim or dispute could still arrive, then deleted. Booking records are kept for the period Massachusetts business and tax rules require.

This website

  • The site has no accounts. It uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read; Google Analytics sets cookies and receives your IP address, browser details and the pages you open. We use it only for these statistics, not for advertising. The waitlist form does not store anything on the site: pressing its button opens WhatsApp with your answers filled in, and the message you send is what we receive. Everything else goes through the linked apps.
  • It is hosted on GitHub Pages, which may keep standard server logs such as IP addresses for security. Links to Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, Turo and the Massachusetts RMV go to those services, and their privacy policies apply there.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it once your rental and anything tied to it is closed. Email kellyarzate@exklusiverentalsllc.com, message WhatsApp (413) 799-0303 or call (413) 799-0303.

Changes
